KLSE 2014 Dec1-Dec5 w49 Stocks Focus

All Malaysian stocks continue its downtrend, which is unhealthy. Looks like funds is going out from this country. This week I will be reverting on stocks that are fundamentally strong for long term investment. Volume and volatility have been steadily declining in last few months and as we can only go long as a retail investor, the stock market has become boring.

KLCI continued trending downwards. If next week KLCI traded below minor support of 1807, more downside will be coming. Caution, patience, and a big heart if you buy stocks in KLCI

KLCI continued its second wave of downtrend this week. Most of the stocks are under consolidation, please be caution in trading. This week's stock pick will be more fundamental related and they are long term investment. What I mean long term is more than 3 weeks to months.

MITRA- Set for resistance breakout at 1.01, where good news are coming in.

ECONBHD- This stock has been forming symmetrical triangle since August. More upside if breakout happens.

KLSE 2014 Nov10-Nov14 w46 Stocks Recap

NIHSIN start to turn down once market was opened on Monday. No entry.

BORNOIL break above 0.90 and currently forming a flag pattern. Will be a high possibility to hit profit target next week.

SCICOM break above 2.05 on Monday and reach 2.18 of profit target on Tuesday!

Congratulations on those who traded SCICOM and patience is needed for BORNOIL to reach profit target!

Before sharing for  this week's stocks focus, I would like to say KLCI is diverting from DJIA. KLCI has turned down for the last week at 1858 while DJIA just reach an all time high. This divergence could be due to KLCI is fundamentally weaker than DJIA. Long term outlook does not look great.

SKPRES-WA gap up on Monday 0.310. It continue its uptrend to reach 0.38 on Friday. Return is 22%.

SEAL was not able to break above 1.04 level with high volume. So no game for this stock.

IJACOBS was not able to break above 0.50. So no game for this stock.

High volume breakout seen in MMODE on Wednesday but momentum does not last. Currently having low volume consolidation. As log as it can stay above 0.60. It will reach profit target. Else it is better to sell.
